1. Using the Wrong Soil
Using the right soil is important for keeping a snake plant healthy. Regular potting soil often holds too much water, which can lead to root rot and fungal problems.
Choose a well-draining soil mix instead. You can improve regular potting soil by adding materials like perlite, coarse sand, small gravel, coconut coir, or bark chips. These help water drain faster and keep the roots from staying wet.

2. Giving Plants Too Little or Too Much Light

5. Not Cleaning Plants

7. Planting in the Wrong Size Pot
